How we use it

Solely to process orders, communicate about your purchase, prevent fraud, improve our website, and measure how well our marketing performs.

Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and turns it into heatmaps and session replays. It also records the pages you visit and the type of device you use. It does this with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. We use these insights to improve the site, fix problems at checkout, protect against fraud and abuse, and measure our marketing.

Your name, phone number, email and delivery address are hidden from these recordings. If you are signed in, a recording is linked to your internal account number only, never your name or contact details. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Kicks BD <[email protected]>.

You can block or delete third-party cookies in your browser settings at any time; you can still browse and order without them.

Third parties

We share data with courier partners (to deliver), payment providers (to process payments), and advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to measure and improve our ads. These platforms receive the pages you visit, the products you view or buy, and the order value. When you place an order or sign in, we also send them your contact details in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so they can match a purchase to an ad without receiving your details in readable form. Microsoft (Clarity) receives website usage data, as described above.
